The comment period for the draft Lower Eel Assessment Report is December 19, 2007 to February 8, 2008. To submit comments, please contact Beatrijs deWaard at (707) 725-7468 or bdewaard@dfg.ca.gov. Submissions of historic photographs of streams and fish in the basin would be very welcome.
An informational public hearing about the draft report will be held on Wednesday January 23rd at 7:00 p.m. in the CCC multi-purpose room at 1500 Alamar Drive in Fortuna.
